A Masterpiece from the Master Linqua Franca Winery
One of this country’s top Master Sommeliers, there isn’t much Seattle native, Larry Stone hasn’t “mastered” in the wine industry.
As the guy who put Chicago’s Charley Trotter’s wine program at the forefront of American dining, followed by pioneering the California Cult Wine List at Francis Ford Coppola’s San Francisco’s “Rubicon” restaurant, Larry is no stranger to the art of crafting wine.
Returning to his roots – he made his first wine at age 14 from apple juice – Larry recently packed up his Napa belongings and headed for the hills, the Eola-Amity Hill’s of Oregon’s, Willamette Valley to establish Linqua Franca Winery, where he is producing sure Burgundian-style cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnays.
This is a very limited offering of Linqua Franca’s inaugural vintage and certain to sell out immediately.
2015 Linqua Franca “AVNI” Chardonnay $39.
2015 Linqua Franca “AVNI” Pinot Noir $39.
2015 Linqua Franca “Joshua, Junici, & Siri” Pinot Noir $48.
